To reboot your GPS Tracker, you can use reset# command.
If your device isn't showing the correct location, please check: 1) Status# using sms command & GPS should be fixed, 2) The SIM card has active data service, APN, Server IP & port configuration, 3) The device is properly powered. If issues persist, contact our support team.
Transmission intervals are configurable from 10 seconds to 60 minutes. The default setting is 10 seconds when in motion and only Heartbeat packet when stationary. You can adjust these settings through our web platform or mobile app or using sms command.
All Markon GPS tracking devices come with a 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover physical damage, water damage (beyond the rated IP specification), or improper installation.
Firmware updates can be performed through our desktop utility or over-the-air (OTA) when connected to power. You'll receive a notification in the Markon app when updates are available. Always ensure your device has at least 50% battery before updating.
